Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pscuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where the User is found to be under the minimum age. Any winnings accrued by an underage User shall be void and forfeited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pscuci does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the applicable laws in your location before registering or placing wagers.
By registering, you represent that you are acting in your own personal capacity, that you are not suffering from a gambling addiction or problem that renders your use of this Platform detrimental to your wellbeing, and that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of the risks associated with gambling activities.
Age Verification: pscuci employs mandatory KYC procedures. Any Account where the User is found to be under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate regulatory bodies.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonuses, and may result in a permanent ban from the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. pscuci reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of information provided, including but not limited to: government-issued identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your Account. pscuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify pscuci immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
The default Account currency on pscuci is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager calculations are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt.
pscuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from RM30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method and applicable account tier. Players are encouraged to review current limits on the Deposit page within their Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pscuci endeavours to process withdrawals within a few hours of request approval. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically completed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within the same business day in most cases. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network congestion and may take 15–60 minutes to confirm.
pscuci reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where an Account has an outstanding Bonus Balance subject to active wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible ("Source of Funds" policy).
pscuci does not charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment processors, banks, or blockchain networks may impose their own fees independently of pscuci. Cryptocurrency network (gas) fees are borne by the Player.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pscuci are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution rates, expiry periods, and maximum cash-out limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated on the individual promotion page. Example: a MYR 100 bonus subject to a ×15 wagering requirement requires MYR 1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked.
While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permissible single bet is MYR 500 per round or spin, unless a lower limit is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it.
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. As a general guide (subject to specific promotion terms): slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%; certain game types may contribute 0%. Players should verify the applicable contribution rates before using bonus funds in a specific game category.
All bonus offers are subject to an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit to the Account. If the Wagering Requirement is not met within the applicable expiry period, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings are automatically cancelled and forfeited.
pscuci employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts; employing low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; exploiting errors in bonus crediting; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture, suspension, or permanent closure.
A 2% bonus is available on deposits made via supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB), up to a maximum bonus of MYR 688 per deposit. This bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements as stated on the Promotions page and is available to players aged 21 and above only.
All games offered on pscuci utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are conducted by live human dealers under monitored studio conditions. Game outcomes are independent and random. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or system error that results in a disputed game outcome, pscuci reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. The decision of pscuci's technical team regarding malfunctions is final, subject to any applicable internal dispute resolution process.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the Sports section of the Platform. General principles include: bets are binding once confirmed; in-play odds are subject to real-time adjustment and suspension; pscuci reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event where the result is already known or reasonably determinable.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the applicable game interface or betting market. pscuci reserves the right to set individual account-level limits in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. pscuci shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. pscuci shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through gameplay on the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to manage their gambling activity within their financial means. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account through normal gameplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pscuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
pscuci is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors on the part of third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or cryptocurrency networks. Processing times stated on the Platform are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pscuci support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (excluding active Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC verification.
pscuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pscuci suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) pscuci is required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons. In cases of termination for cause, pscuci reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balances and may withhold Real Money Balances pending investigation.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. pscuci reserves the right to apply a dormancy maintenance fee or to close the Account after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to maintain regular account activity or to withdraw balances if they do not intend to continue using the Platform.
pscuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pscuci will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, pscuci encourages Players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. pscuci's internal dispute resolution process is available to all Players and is described in the FAQ section of the Platform.
pscuci's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account matters is final and binding, subject to the Player's right to seek independent legal advice. Players who are unsatisfied with the outcome of pscuci's internal process may seek recourse through applicable external channels available in their jurisdiction.
